To arrange for self-collection or express delivery pick-up, please follow these steps:
- Place Your Order
- Orders must be made through our website.
- In the remarks section, please specify “Self-Collection”.
- Send Us a Screenshot
- After placing your order, please send us a screenshot of your Order ID for confirmation.
- Order Processing & Notification
- Our operations team will process your order and notify you once it is ready for collection.
- Pick-Up Options
- Once notified, you may either:
- Walk in for self-collection
- Book an express delivery service (e.g., Grab, Lalamove, etc.)
