Self-Collection

To arrange for self-collection or express delivery pick-up, please follow these steps:

1. Place Your Order
   • Orders must be made through our website.
   • In the remarks section, please specify “Self-Collection”.
2. Send Us a Screenshot
   • After placing your order, please send us a screenshot of your Order ID for confirmation.
3. Order Processing & Notification
   • Our operations team will process your order and notify you once it is ready for collection.
4. Pick-Up Options
   • Once notified, you may either:
     • Walk in for self-collection
     • Book an express delivery service (e.g., Grab, Lalamove, etc.)
