Once operations resume, parcels dropped off before the holiday will be prioritized, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) system. Urgent deliveries will not be available during this period. If you need your order urgently, we recommend opting for self-collection.
Additionally, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays to ensure the supplements remain in optimal condition. Since the ingredients require storage at room temperature, this precaution helps prevent exposure to excessive heat in courier warehouses over the weekend.
